Terms and Conditions
Customer information to consumers in accordance with § 312e BGB in conjunction with BGB-Info-V:
- Your order will be stored by us.
- It will be confirmed by e-mail. With this confirmation, not later than the shipment of the goods is the contract.
- The language of the contract is German or English.
- Our goods remain our property until full payment is done.
- We take the transit risk on our own, as provided by law.
- Return costs in the case of revocation: You have to bear the cost of return shipment if the delivered goods are as ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned is not exceeding 40 euros or - in case that the price of the goods to be returned is higher than 40 euros - in the moment of your revocation the goods are still unpaid or an agreed part payment is not done.
