Payment conditions
Orders are generally placed via the online shop on a prepayment basis. In exceptional cases where goods are shipped against an invoice, payment must be made via bank transfer; direct debit is not available. The payment term is 30 days from receipt of goods, with no deductions allowed. Statutory default on payment occurs automatically on the 31st day—i.e., without the need for a reminder. Statutory default interest is charged at 5% above the base interest rate.
Please make prepayment via PayPal, domestic or standard EU bank transfer, or SEPA payment.
As payments from Switzerland incur fees for us, we also charge a fee for such payments.
Payment must be made from the country listed as the billing address.
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
There is no minimum order value.
VAT / Customs
All prices include applicable VAT. VAT is not charged to customers outside the EU. The recipient is responsible for paying any applicable import duties (import VAT, customs duties).
